I'm Nare, a Learning and Development Strategist based in Los Angeles with over seven years of experience in higher education and professional training. My journey in this field is deeply personal. Career and search for my true north has always been part of my growth. That mindset fueled my lifelong passion for learning and growth, teaching me firsthand that in a rapidly shifting economic climate, reskilling is a constant, essential effort.
I truly believe that learning never stops. It’s the ultimate way to maintain neuroplasticity, helping us develop and use our "learning muscle" to stay cognitively sharp and mentally active. As an L&D strategist, my goal is to move beyond passive instruction to create experiences that are engaging, applicable, and memorable. I’ve always said that knowledge is not power; the application of knowledge is.
When I’m not designing courses, you can usually find me at a local pottery studio, checking out an art gallery, or hanging out with my dog, Chase. I also speak Armenian and Farsi fluently and am always looking for ways to combine my love for art, culture, and education.
